Role: E-commerce Brand Builder & Performance Infrastructure Strategist
Company: Confidential Luxury Footwear Brand
Project Name: Product Catalog & Tracking System Setup
Timeline: 1–2 weeks
Industry: Luxury Footwear / E-commerce
Tools Used: Woocommerce, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Analytics, Meta Commerce Manager, Automated Product Feed System
Project Context
For luxury e-commerce brands, growth doesn’t start with ads it starts with clean product data, reliable tracking, and platform-ready infrastructure.
This project focused on building a full digital foundation that allows a luxury footwear brand to:
Showcase products consistently
Track user behavior accurately
Run dynamic ads with confidence
Make data-driven decisions across platforms
Tasks
Set up a complete product, catalog, and tracking system that supports visibility, performance, and scalable growth.
The objective was to:
Structure products for a premium brand experience
Build a scalable catalog ready for paid media
Implement reliable tracking to reduce signal loss
Enable accurate measurement of product-level behavior
Product Management & Catalog Setup
Products were treated as growth assets, not just listings.
Listed and structured luxury footwear products with consistent naming, variants, and attributes
Built a complete product catalog aligned with Meta’s requirements
Implemented an automated product feed to ensure real-time updates across platforms
This ensured accuracy, scalability, and consistency as the catalog grows.
Connected Catalog to Meta for Dynamic Advertising

To enable performance-ready ads:
The product catalog was connected directly to Meta
Products were mapped correctly for dynamic ad delivery
Event-based product matching was validated
This setup allows the brand to run high-quality catalog and retargeting ads without technical limitations.
Implemented Reliable Tracking & Conversion Infrastructure

Tracking was implemented before any aggressive ad scaling.
Connected Meta Pixel for browser-side tracking
Implemented Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to reduce data loss and improve signal accuracy
Mapped and validated key product-level events
Set up Google Analytics to track individual product page visits and user behavior
This created a clean, reliable data pipeline for optimization and decision-making.
Result
The brand now has:
A structured, scalable luxury footwear product catalog
Automated product data feeds with real-time updates
Reliable tracking with reduced signal loss
Accurate visibility into product-level user behavior
Infrastructure ready for dynamic ads and performance scaling
Instead of guessing, the brand can now optimize with confidence.
Why This Matters
Without proper catalog structure and tracking:
Ads underperform
Data becomes unreliable
Scaling becomes expensive and risky
This setup ensures the brand can:
Track user intent accurately
Improve conversion performance
Scale profitably with clean data
What This Project Demonstrates
Strong understanding of e-commerce infrastructure
Ability to build systems, not just campaigns
Data-first performance mindset
Experience working with luxury product catalogs
Owner-level approach to scaling brands
This is how I prepare brands for growth: structure first, scale second.
